Art and Alliteration in the Land of Tomorrow
Just wanted to stop by and say hello as you're on the road. I receive and read each one of your updates. Selfishly, I hope you keep it up because I'm really enjoying vicariously experiencing your road/art trip. :) In other news, I can only assume you know that this came out on Wednesday: http://t.co/vI9YyrQECongrats and drive safe,Ryan ClaytorElephant Eater Comicswww.ElephantEater.com
I will update ALL THE THINGS. (I'm going to do one more painting while I'm here in Dahlonega, and then things get a bit more quickly paced 'till I'm in New Orleans, but once I'm there, I'm there for a week, so there will certainly be new stuff then) I did know about that. It's been driving me nuts, actually, because my contributor copy showed up at my parents' house maybe five days before it hit shelves, and I haven't been both near and had time to stop in at a comic book shop since it came out. Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
Your page turned out pretty snazzy. You should be proud. P.S. Did you ever make it to Tate's Comics while in Florida? :)Fo' real,Ryan ClaytorElephant Eater Comicswww.ElephantEater.com
Funny story about Tate's Comics, actually. The short version is 'no'. The long version is that I didn't think to check its location until I was 3 hours away (leaving) from the area that it was in. After I had spent 2 or 3 full days there. Iiiiiiii wanted to kick myself pretty badly. But, that being said, my friend and I are talking about taking a trip down to the keys at some point, and I am making us stop in there on the way.
